my products/services that i had already saved are not autopopulating...i have tried clearing cachet, logging out and logging in, etc....but unable to fix it

I already saved the product'services that I am going to use in my invoices prior ... and when i am creating invoices currently, the product/services that I had already saved are not autopopulating so that I can select and unable to do manually also

I appreciate your effort, and I understand how overwhelming it is to have your saved data suddenly disappear from your invoicing screen. I recommend reaching out to our Intuit Live Expert for more detailed diagnosis. They can determine why the autofill feature is failing and provide real-time support.
