I'll share some information about uploading receipts. You'll have to upload transaction receipts even if your bank or credit card account is registered, so you'll be able to keep track and then match them to your existing transactions.
To upload receipts in QuickBooks, all you have to do is:
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the Receipts tab.
In the For Review tab, you can review your uploaded receipts and bills. QuickBooks lets you know if it finds existing transactions in your books that match with your uploaded receipts or bills.
Check the labels in the Action column to find out what steps you need to take next.
