Question

None of my transactions are appearing since March 2026 even though I have reconnected my bank. How can this be fixed?

I have been asked to download new app to use. None of my transactions will show. I have reconnected my bank. Before this my transactions were not showing since March 2026. This is because I reconnected my bank a while ago. I wish I did not have to do because now all my transactions have disappeared. Please can you help me.

Could you clarify what you mean by downloading a new app? If you are upgrading from QuickBooks Online Solopreneur to Sole Trader Plus, it can take up to 72 hours for your historical data to fully sync and appear.

Also, when you reconnect an account, most banks only automatically download the last 90 days of data for security reasons. Before we manually bring back your older transactions from March, let's make sure they aren't just hidden.

Here’s how:

  1. Head over to the All apps menu, under the Accounting tab. Select Bank transactions.
  2. Check the Categorized and Excluded tabs next to your main For review tab. Sometimes, a reconnection automatically shuffles transactions into these columns.
  3. If you see them in the Excluded tab, you can click Undo to bring them back to your main list.

You can visit this article for detailed guidance on how to find missing transactions downloaded from your bank: Find and fix missing bank transactions in QuickBooks.

If they aren't there, download a .QBO or .CSV file of your transactions from March 2026 to today from your bank's website, then click Link account dropdown and select Upload from file in QuickBooks.

Once uploaded, if any transactions overlap and show up twice, you can Exclude the duplicates from your feed.

Should those entries still remain missing after trying these steps, we recommend reaching out to our Intuit Experts. They have the specialized tools needed to help you sort this out.
