Hi there, Nesrine.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Class field will only appear during the import mapping process if the feature is already active in your settings. Also, ensure that you’re using QBO Plus or QBO Advanced to access this feature.

How to enable Class Tracking:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Categories section, click the pencil icon.
  4. Toggle the switch for Track classes to On.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

Once this is enabled, go back to your invoice import. From there, the Class field will now be visible in the QUICKBOOKS FIELDS column, allowing you to link it to the Class column in your CSV file.

For detailed guidance, you can refer to this article: Turn on class tracking.
