Quickbook account total doesnt match with bank account total

Hello Ashleysmashly, thanks for posting on the Community page, If your bank register balance in QuickBooks Online doesn’t match your actual bank balance, several factors may cause the balances to vary. You would need to verify why they don’t match, and fix them accordingly.

1. Balances may not match for a number of reasons:
2. Outstanding transactions
3. New transactions for a connected account
4. Duplicate transactions
5. Edited or deleted transactions
6. Credit card (liability) account
