Hi CaptainEon, we're aware of an issue with the automated match function for GoCardless transactions and we're currently tracking this on the following investigation: INV-79944 - QBO UK - GoCardless Invoice Payments / Deposits not generating automatically when the payment has been received and Paid out via GoCardless.
We've linked you to this so that you'll receive further updates via email. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can manually record the invoice payment to Undeposited Funds, and then create a bank deposit with the payment selected, minus the fees on the 'add funds to this deposit' line.
