Let's change your settings so you can send a full invoice to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you have two options on how you want to show information on your sales forms like invoices. It's either "Show short summary in email" or " Show full details in email".
To show full details you'll just need to choose the latter option. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and choose Accounts and setting.
From the Sales tab, click Onlinedelivery to edit.
Select the Show full details in the email radio button. Make sure to put a checkmark on the PDF Attached box.
Click Save, then Done.
