Question

Since recent update it seems that if a customer facing address is entered it's not possible to avoid a 2 letter county code showing on invoices. Can this be removed?

This in on UK version. It seems this isn't an issue for older licences where customer facing addresses were entered with no county but now it is not possible to leave the county field blank when setting up or amending.

The recent update treats the county as a necessary component of a complete UK address, s-jackson.

When you create an invoice, the system will autofill the code based on the selected county in the customer-facing address. This information is automatically converted into a two-letter code and displayed on the invoice.

For now, there's no option to turn it off or remove the code when creating sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.
