When email routing rules prevent some invoices from being delivered, you need to link the right email address to each customer account. This way, clients can receive their invoices and pay you on time.

To reset your client's email address, follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon located in the top right corner.

2. Select Account and settings.

3. Choose the Company tab from the left-hand menu.

4. Locate the Customer Email field. Even if it appears to be correct, clear the field completely and re-enter the email address manually, ensuring there are no trailing spaces.

5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

If the client's email is correct and they haven’t received the invoice, ask them to check their junk or spam folders.
