Question

the new connector fails if it tries to process an order which has the same order number as a previous transaction on QB, how to resolve?

With the previous version of Connector i would find the previous transaction on QB and change the order no. I would then re-sync and the new order would appear in QB. Trouble is I can't see how you initiate a re-sync with the new Connector, can anyone advise?
