The “Record Payment” option has disappeared. Any help would be appreciated.

Before we move forward, can you tell me the last time you saw the Record Payment option?
 

In QuickBooks Online, this option is now labeled as Receive Payment. You can find it under the Invoices section or by selecting the +New button.
