Thanks for dropping by the Community forum. I can help you resolve your issue with a Snap receipt as quickly as possible.
First, may I know if you encounter any error when attempting to snap a receipt? Any additional information is a great help to get close to the resolution.
For now, you can clear your app's cache to refresh the data. There are times when the stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the system. Please refer to the steps below.
For Android:
Select the Gear icon at the top right.
Choose Settings.
Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.
For iOS:
Click the menu button.
Then, choose Help & Feedback.
Select RefreshData and click Refresh.
Once finished, test to snap a receipt again and check if it works this time. If the same thing happens, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application to have a clean slate. I'll show you how:
For Android
Open the Google Play Store app.
Click the menu and choose My Apps & games.
Next, tap on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
Then, pick Uninstall.
For iOS
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Next, click General.
Then, tap [Device] Storage.
Choose the QBO mobile app.
Click Delete app.
Pick Delete to confirm.
To reinstall the QBO mobile app for Android and iOS, please see this article: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app. This also provides a link for supported mobile devices compatible with running the application.
