Unable to validate receipts and convert to expense. Alway work previously. Any ideas?

We're aware that some iOS users are currently receiving the following error when snapping receipts on the app:

"Validation failed. Were sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again."

Our team are working to fix, and you'll receive further updates by email, with the next update due on or by 18 June, 2024.
