When i send an invoice i am getting delivery error? Why is this?Also when i pull down on the app my page will not refresh?

To fix the problem, let's try resetting your app data. This is similar to clearing caches from a web browser. Doing this refreshes the app storage and improves its performance. Here's how:
 

Mobile App:

1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile App, hit the Gear icon.
2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
3. Tap Yes.

Android Settings:
 

1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
3. Click Clear Data.

Once done, try sending invoices again. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app or we can use a web browser to log in to your QBO account and try to send invoices.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Tap Talk to a human.
3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
5. Tick Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
