Allow me to add a few insights to help you with the missing transaction on your Profit and Loss report.
You can check the item on your invoices to verify whether the correct income account is selected. Here's how:
Select Settings ⚙ and then Products and Services.
Find the product or service you want to change.
Select Edit in the Action column.
Check the income account assigned to the item. Update it when needed.
When you're done, select Save and close.
If it's correct and still won't report the income, let's try to use a private window. This way, we can check if this is a known browser issue. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are mostly affected by the data accumulated in the cache.
The regular browser will constantly save data by overwriting itself, but it will not remove any history automatically.
The incognito mode, on the other hand, does not save any history, which makes it a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
