When will capital on tap link to transactions please?

It's great to see a new member in the Community forum, @martin87. I see how important Capital On Tap Bank is to link to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

At the moment, we don't have a specific time frame for when Capital on Tap Bank will be integrated with QBO. However, I can help you on how to request a bank to add to the list of supported institutions.

Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transaction.
2. Click Link account.
3. Search for the name of your bank.
4. Click the Still can't find your provider?
5. Enter your bank name and web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

As a workaround to link your transactions in QBO, you can manually upload them using a CSV file into the program.
