Why aren't invoices showing for all customers on the app?

I can only see recent invoices and customers.

Hi nicholajayneeyre Are you using an iPhone or android device and do you have any date filters applied to the invoice section?

I have an Android phone and no filters as far as I am aware.

Hello Nicolajayneeyre, please can you clear app data. 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • In your device Settings:
  • Android: Settings > Apps (varies by device) > QuickBooks app from the list >Storage > Clear data.
