Why can’t CIS transactions be made using a mobile device? Can it be??

Thank you for considering QuickBooks Online app in creating your CIS transactions. We understand that this feature available would save your business' time. However the mobile app is a simplified version of the program. But we're always looking for ways to improve it.

That being said, I will make sure that our product developers will be able to review and might include this in the future updates.

In the meantime, you can use the browser on your mobile device to create the CIS transactions.
