Withdrawing Directly to PayPal

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to withdraw from PayPal if they transfer funds to my QuickBooks?
My current location does not allow for any banks to be attached, so I was thinking to use PayPal as the way to withdraw from Quickbooks.
