Hello Julie, could you let me know what type of device you’re using to track your mileage? If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, we recommend contacting our live support team so they can review your account directly and provide further assistance.

 

If you’re using an Android device, please ensure the app is allowed to run in the background by checking your phone or tablet’s general location settings. If the app isn’t allowed to run in the background, it will only track trips while it’s open and active on your screen.

 

Also, please note that your trip may not record correctly if your phone is connected to Wi-Fi while you’re driving. To help ensure accurate tracking, turn off Wi-Fi before starting your trip, then reconnect once you’ve finished.
