Can quickbooks online produce an ec sales list which can be copies on hmrc sales list online?

QuickBooks Online's EC Sales List is called VAT101, look for that in your reports section. As long as you've recorded the transactions correctly and properly set up the country marker in the customers details, it should populate. You can then use this to submit to HMRC.
