Hi, I would like to know how to enter multicurrency purchases expenses into QB. let's say I made a purchase for 40€ ex-VAT, with 20% VAT and £0.17 for exchange fee. Thank

I'll show you how to record your transaction in QBO.

 

You can record your purchase with VAT the usual way. Then, add another line for the exchange fee it's included in the transaction. If not, you can record it as a separate transaction.
