Hi, my last vat payment shows a minus figure in the balance. i possibly altered something after filing it. how do I deduct that figure off this vat now owed? thanks

You can delete the last payment to correct the error or undo the changes that you've made accidentally. Then, record the payment again to make sure your records are accurate. Here's how:

1. Look for the last payment under the VAT tab.
2. Select the payment and click Delete. 
3. Confirm that you want to delete it.

Once done, create another record of the payment by following the steps here: Record a VAT payment or refund.
