How to opt in to the VAT deferral new payment scheme when it launches in 2021-has this been launched- how to opt for it

Is this in regard to VAT deferral due to Coronavirus? 

If so there'll be no change to the way to record VAT within QuickBooks, you will still file as usual but record the payment within the Taxes screen (Taxes > Select the drop-down beside filing > Record paymend) when you do come to pay this. 🙂
