I am trying to do a VAT adjustment to boxes 6 and 7 but keep getting a message 'something went wrong' come back later. Does anyone have any ideas please ?

This sounds like you may need a VAT code refresh, have you recently migrated 🤔?, For us to be able to confirm this could you send a screenshot of the VAT codes that are showing in QuickBooks, please? VAT codes are situated in the taxes section> Edit VAT> Edit rates. Thanks
