I have put a VAT payment in the loan account. I need to know how to reverse please

It's not possible to edit a VAT payment once you've saved this, however, you can delete the payment and record this again - to locate the payment, select the magnifying glass in the top-right > advanced search > set the filter to 'VAT payments' on the following screen. You can then click into the payment listed to open this and select More > Delete, this will open the option to 'Record payment' again against the relevant return on the VAT screen. 🙂
