Is anyone else having a problem with QBs new payroll system, where it appears that QB reporting of PAYE to HMRC does not advise HMRC that we are eligible for NI credit?

Did you enable the small employers' relief within the settings before running the payroll? 🧐

Please double-check this set-up by going to the Cogwheel > Payroll settings > HMRC settings > Small employers > 'Are you eligible for small employers relief?' - 'Yes' and ensure the 2020/21 tax year is ticked - please then click on the pencil icon and see the 'Effective date' to ensure the correct tax month has been selected and that this falls within or before the pay period.
