Lost all access to self employed quickbooks when changing to MTD

Hello there, Kirsty 2. Could you clarify what you mean by changing to MTD? Did you switch your subscription to QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus? If so, please ensure you sign in using the QuickBooks Sole Trader sign-in link. Your Intuit account email and password stay the same.

Also, please note that once the upgrade is complete, you won't be able to access your old account. It’s a good idea to download and save your reports and accounting info as soon as possible if you haven't done so.
