VAT Codes

I have created VAT codes on QBO, as the client has moved over from Desktop, however all is correctly created and I can find no faults. However, the VAT codes that were used (that were created) do not appear on the VAT report. 

 

How can I get it to appear on the report as it is quite alot of transactions and changing it one for one won't work.

Hello Em-ma3115_, thanks for posting on the Community page. You will have created them incorrectly. A VAT code refresh would be best done to get the default codes in, you would still need to change them individually on each transaction after the refresh has been done. Please can you ring the support line to get the VAT code refresh down, thanks. The line is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and is free from any UK landline or mobile.
