Hello,

 

How do I put in the companys VAT Registration No. so that it automatically appears on invoices? I am using QuickBooks Desktop 2018.

Hello, Alexander1 👋 Thanks for reaching to the Community with you're Question, To enter the VRN follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Company menu and click Company Information.
  2. Go to the Company Identification area and enter or change your VAT Registration Number.
  3. Click OK.
