What do i need to do at my year end (31.3.22) to be able to produce accounts for the current year, having only used qb to file vat returns for the previous 3 quarters?

I have only used qb to produce vat returns since being vat registered from 1.7.21 and have not used it to produce accounts previously, i haven't entered any opening balances etc.
