When generating a CIS invoice, I can see the deductions on my screen, but when the invoice is sent to the contractor the CIS deduction no longer shows, not sure why?

Please check your invoice template set-up by going to the Cog Wheel > Custom form style > Select edit against the form you are using > Select Content > Select the middle section of the invoice to edit and make sure you have the options for 'Product/Service' and 'Category' selected here.

Once this is saved, please go back to the CIS invoice and select 'Print or Preview' on the footer to view, and clarify if this is now showing the CIS elements below (you can send a test copy of this to your email to double-check) 😊👇
