I am on Quickbooks on line and would like to update to the version with the Payroll in it.
Signed up for the standard subscription and had my intro phone call last night. Repeating bill transactions not included? Surely that's wrong?

I've been using two email addresses for my business but am now moving over to one I want to change the email address that I use to send me receipts to Quickbooks. Can't see how to! I'm using Quickbooks self employed
My QB colleague is having a log in issue. She has a UK Accountant account that she can no longer access. The problem seems to be that most of her clients are UAE based and have been accounting under the UK licenses for the last six years without issue. Since Thursday her account has been locked out with the error message as “we cant find anyone with this username”. She has called UK support who says that as all her clients are UAE based they cannot help and Global support is saying they cant help as her account is a UK version. She has company IDs and invoices from the UK and has full access to her email. She has tried to recover her email but apparently the identification she sent is not being accepted as its not the same as the details the UK Support has for some reason. She has also tried to change primary admin through a link the UK sent but it doesn’t work as nothing happens when you enter the first page of ownership information and press continue. Wo
I have a client that no longer wants to use QBooks Simple Start. I pay the sub through my wholesale billing. I went to cancel their subscription from my account, but it will only let me transfer it to them, not just cancel it? They have never used it themselves, so will not know what to do from their side. I am sure I have cancelled subscriptions easily in the past. Am I missing something obvious??!
I am trying to change the credit card I use to pay Quickbooks. It won't accept Save and Update. What should I do?

Incredibly annoying : Get £50 when you refer a friend Pop up every time I click on the home button.It's been like this for months and I am sick of having to close it dozens of times while I'm using QuickBooks.It is seriously making me think about going elsewhere.I must have seen this pop up over 300 times this year.How do we permanently remove it?
