Hi, I can't access my phone number. How can I change the verification priority from my phone number to my email address

When I click on the link to accept an invitation to join a new company in QB, it goes through the login process, I enter my password and the OTP code via SMS, but I get the following error message: "There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it.There was an error during the invitation process. Please try again."I have been trying for 24 hours and nothing changes? How can I resolve this?

Trying to add a new user. The invitation sends correctly but when they click on the let's go link, the link is so long that they get an error message from Microsoft defender: 'The page that you are trying to access cannot be loaded'. Our IT supportdesk say the link is too long.

I have a 99p per month subscription but it’s not letting me do anything unless I subscribe which I do and it says difficulty logging in try later all day!

I have tried three different devices - mac, ipad, iphone, and have a workaround using chrome, but this is not workable long term.  I notice that the mobile app has also had updates as had to restart and resignin.

The Account is a Chase Bank Savings Account and is App based only

I have been using quickbooks desktop 2013 for a long time. However when I tried to load it this week it has come up with error 3371 - Status code 11118. I have month end procedures to run and was wondering how I fix this and if needs be update the program so this doesn't happen again. Thank you in advance Caroline

Having issues with editing invoice details. It knows shows this error message with all fields filled in correctly.  Thanks Rob

This may seem a strange one, but we have a business requirement to convert a Purchase Order (or a Bill) to an Estimate (to a different entity).  I can only see how to copy a PO to a Bill, copy a PO, Copy a Bill, or convert an Estimate to a Purchase Order (opposite route).  Is there a functionality to create an estimate from either a PO or Bill?
