Hi, how do I account for tangible assets whose cost has been claimed under the Annual Investment Allowance? The only previous answer I could find was the usual slightly unhelpful "ask an accountant". I'd expect this is something that affects everyone and that there should be a simple answer but it's confusing me at the moment. Any help is gratefully appreciated.
Online QuickBooks is not accepting password, not sending codes to phones, and not sending codes to backup emails. It looks like it is offline.
In Quickbooks self employed, how do I allocate personal pension payments in my accounts?
I have QBO Advanced and would like to provide some employees with the ability to snap a receipt on a mobile device and enter their timesheets. What level of user access can I set their account to enable just these two functions? They should not have access to general sensitive company data. I seem to be in a situation that to provide them with these two basic functions, they also have much wider visibility of business transactions. I upgraded to the Advanced version as I was informed that this would provide me the Custom Level of user management required? Any detailed help would be much appreciated.
The HSBC KINETIC does not connect to QB, from HSBC app it says “connect”, but it’s not. however there is no option to connect business account in QB. I did request for new bank to be added in MAY 21…
I have been a customer of QB since 1999. In April 2020 I was forced to move to QB Online due to payroll being withdrawn from the desktop version. From then until May 2023, Intuit charged me for both the desktop and online versions.I have used online chat support several times and telephoned many times. No one in the support team has a clue how to deal with this. It is only possible to complete the online refund claim with an invoice number which I don't have. On the odd occasion I have received an email, the communication quickly stops when I explain nothing has happened.Does anyone have an email address that actually contacts someone in the US or UK? Does anyone have any ideas how to get to speak to some with regard to subscription refunds? Does anyone have a phone number where you can actually speak to someone in the subscriptions department?
The 6 digit code is not reaching my phone number so am not able to sign in on my laptop
I'm trying and failing to change my qbo account to the sef employed version. Either by cancelling account and starting fresh or downgrading account. I think I'm still on the free trial as I only set account up last week

I have a customer who has moved to a new company who is also one of our clients, do I update her current profile with the new company details - would this still have her previous estimates and quotes linked to her. Or do I create a new profile for her and leave the old one as it is?
I found on the app a possible way to do it from Settings but I can't find it on my profile
Can I recall my client back to my billing?
