Basically, I noticed a couple months back that my computer had single user mode on, which I never do since I'm not the Admin. Anywho, I switched it back to multi-user mode and we slowly realized that none of the entries we were making seem to show up on the others' program. Not every entry is this way though, I can still see most of what she files, and she can see most of mine. But I know the computers aren't in sync and I'm sure there's a simple way to fix this, I just have tried google, tried going to the Admin's computer and we both sat there for an hour trying different ways to get things back organized. 

I have confirmed all the info with the card company as well, when i click the button that says authorize and go back to intuit, it imediatlely says "having trouble connecting"

I need payroll added to my account, but apple subscriptions has no option for upgrade or to change my plan.

I can not locate transactions via Advanced search button. I am using QBO Accountant version. Any idea on what could be the reason? Please help.Thanks,Anna

I subscribe to QB Online Accountant because I have multiple clients.  Now I need to share documents with my clients accountant.  It only shows my bookkeeping company as the subscriber the accountant.  How can I share files with another accounting firm?

Recently I had to change work stations and reinstalled QB. My company has 4 licenses and the program is installed on 4 PCs but when I try to login at the new work station I receive an error about exceeded users. Are QB licenses being linked to the work stations they were installed on? I need some insight on how to fix this ASAP so I can access our company file again.

I can see them in under customers, but the name will not come up when I go to do an invoice.  Same with Chart of accounts I added a new bank I can see it, but I cannot post to it?

while sending reminder to customer through quickbooks it shows from mail id is reflects (xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx). How to change this to my company mail id. Please guide how to change from mail id in quickbooks

Adding another user

I have a specific need regarding recurring billing to my customers. I am not talking about recurring invoices. Pretty much like a subscription and you get charge monthly on your credit card.So basically I would levy the said amount each month on their credit cards and they'd receive an invoice. Is there a way to make these kind of billing to customers in QB? Thanks
