When I enter my credentials it just spins - like it is not reaching the internet at all
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to properly log a partner buyout in quickbooks.Backstory: My company's partner decided to leave, and is requesting a lump sum payment for termination of the partnership. Do I log this as an expence?Thanks in advance.
After I log in and am shown my companies, the newest one I made is in lower case letters. I want it in upper case letters. There is no way to do this. You can try and edit the company name but it will not accept it. Whatever you typed in when you first signed up seems to override everything. That was not made clear when signing up. There must be a way that Quickbooks can edit the original sign-up document? I am not even sure why they have the box for editing your company name, when it isn't even possible!?
My business is seasonal. And I won’t be using the account for a few months
no details to add. message says "we paused loading this content to help other items go faster". it is dead- doesn't accept any input. doesn't yield any info_ just a constant ***** screen. Can't open banking, new, zippo.
I know how to connect. There is just an issue on QBO where it is not allowing me to.
I can not seem to work out how to request a refund on subscription Fees - I closed my business and need to request a refund on the subscription deducted from my account. I was given a link to follow by the account manager, but that did not work for subscription - It required an order number and was also in CA$ ??
Help logging in
I subscribed to QBO on December 10th and cancelled on December 12th. Will I be charged? I didn't received the invoice by email after I subscribe to QBO and I didn't have any money out from my credit card? Will the 2 days cost invoice be mailed to my address?
I am a newbie to QB and am looking for someone who is using it for Auto Sales (very small business) I am having difficulty understanding how to make it work for me. I only need to receive the inventory and parts. (No P.Os, etc) & sell the vehicle (no sales quotes, or even statements) Our sales sheets are handwritten but I need to be able to keep track of inventory & CoGS. Woud anyone be able to provide a snap shot of how I can do this without the system interfacing with other functions, such as P.O., etc I would be most grateful to any insight tht could be provided. For the price of the program I would have thought there would be more tutorials. I contacted Intuit and they only directed me to items I had already read. TIA
Recently ended QBs Desktop Subscription. This action resulted in me not being able to access my company information due to (not being able to open company). In retrospect cancellation was premature and access to my company accounts is still required. How do I re-activate my QBs Desktop subscription or any other alternative? Thanks...Peter
If I make an old vendor inactive. Do I lose their account history information? And am I able to view their account at a later date in need be?
