Hi, I transferred to Quickbooks online from 1 July 19 and did the pre-start reconciliation as instructed.I am now trying to reconcile again and I am out for two reasons.1. A PAYG payment made to the ATO on 28 July for wages paid in the previous month; and 2. A GST rounding issue of $1.00. The ATO portal was looking for one dollar more than Quickbooks calculated (rounding) and I paid the ATO amount, I am out the $1.00 as a result. I cannot find how to show the PAYG payment coming from the employee liability account. or how to fix the $1.00 rounding error. Help Please!
if i press "transaction jnl" button it shows that the jnl was entering the item into inventory but if i run a bal sheet and p&l it is showing nothing in bal sheet but purchase from supplier in cogs - does anyone know why its doing this? QB help desk is also stumped and ran a dummy entry and it did exactly this in my system. is there something in the back end thats not turned on or is it something to do with FIFO not working properly. Note the items havent been subsequently sold. thanx
I understand some fn payments may not require comp super payments but can not understand where these amounts come from. Thank you.
currently reconciling my account. I have 2 transactions that haven't converted from USD to AUD in quickbooks, (but did in paypal) consequently giving me a variance. What is the best way to fix this?
Hi, I am trying to work out how to transfer funds from Accounts Receivable to the correct account within the one company. All my matched invoices go here. If i click on Transfer, the Accounts Receivable isn't listed in the Transfer from menu? I'm sure the answer is obvious, I'm very new to this. Thank you, Jess
