Making sure you keep track of your expenses is a big part of your bookkeeping. QuickBooks Online gives you the option to add many expense accounts in order to help you keep them organized. I can provide some information on this.
If you created a specific account for your fuel expenses, you can generate a report of this account with the goal of printing it. You can generate this report by navigating to the Accounting tab, then Chart of accounts. Find your fuel expense account, then click on the Run report. Once the report is generated, you can adjust the dates and then click the Printer icon to print.
