File type compatibility can prevent receipts from uploading to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info2221.
Before uploading your receipts, please remove any sensitive or personal information, like credit card numbers and government identifiers. Also, ensure the file type is either PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
In QBO, there are three options for uploading receipts: Upload from computer, Upload from Google Drive, and Forward from email. If one option doesn't work, you can try using another.
