You can add QTY and Rate fields to bills by enabling the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms option in Accounts and Settings, Rohan.


Please know that this is only available in QuickBooks Plus and Advanced. Here's how to turn it on:
 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Expenses tab and find the Expenses section.
  3. Turn on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

 

 

If you've already turned it on but the Quantity (QTY) and Rate columns aren’t showing, check the Gear icon in the Item details on your Bills.


Follow these steps for guidance:
 

  1. On the +New button, hit Bill.
  2. In the Item details section, click the Gear icon.
  3. Click the boxes for QTY and RATE options.
