What do you mean by the "received payment" drop-down menu? Are you referring to the payment method drop-down, or the account drop-down?

Once a payment method is added, you're unable to remove it. I know how convenient it would be to have the option to remove some of the ones you no longer need, so I'd be happy to pass this feedback along to our software engineers for review.
