my client is tracking mileage however we cannot see it on our file? Is there something we need to set up as the accountant?

Please note that only the primary admin has access to view the mileage records, @schofieldcpa.

As an accountant, you can download your client's tracked mileage as a CSV file.

For additional access, inform your client that only the primary admin can manage this record. They may consider updating your role if necessary.

While these are the current options, I know the importance of accessing your client’s mileage records through the QBO Accountant easily. Therefore, I recommend sharing your feedback with our development team. They may consider your suggestions for future updates to enhance your experience.

Here's how:

1. On the Gear icon, choose Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or suggestions about the product.
3. Click Next to submit.
