When I enter expenses the tax rate column is missing. Any thoughts?

Trying to enter the amount of HST on an expense and there is no spot.

Same, All the sales tax settings in QBO disappeared for no reason, you can check you sales tax interface, I found the sales tax interface has reverted to its pre-setup state and all previous tax data is gone.......
