Good find! I can explain what's happening here and why you don't have the ability to print a bill in QuickBooks Online.
As something you receive from your supplier, there typically isn't a reason that you would need to print a bill. This is why the option to print isn't available on that form. The bills feature in the program is meant for recording bills you've received, even those made from purchase orders.
Think of it this way. If your customer sent you a list of items they wanted to order from you, you probably wouldn't also expect them to be sending you the bill for those items. Rather, it would be you that sends the bill (invoice, in this case) to them. Does that make sense?
What you can consider if you'd like to have a printed copy of bills you've entered in QuickBooks apart from what you would have received from your supplier is to run a report such as the Bills and Applied Payments report or the Unpaid Bills report. These are useful for giving you an idea of all of what you've entered into the program and gives you a record of it.
