Verifying your transactions are showing correctly is imperative to keep all your accounts and financial history correct. I'd be happy to help you with getting your expenses to show up correctly.

 

The first thing to check would be that all your expenses were created using the proper method in QuickBooks Online. I recommend going over the steps in this article to confirm they were entered correctly. Another reason that could cause transactions to not be showing correctly would be your browsers health. Sometimes your cache and cookies can get damaged or corrupted and this causes your internet browser to not show websites using the correct information. To fix this you'd need to clear your cache and cookies and try opening your QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chrome's Incognito mode.
