how to put individual Custom info under my Billing company on invoice

Hi, We are the contractor of few companies.When I make invoice( we bill these companies directly, not their customers),but we need to put their custome's info (name ,add,phone number) on the invoice to show which excatly job we did. Hello, I'm trying to customise all invoice fields since I'm in Vietnam and want to print it for the customers. Looks like certain things like "BILL TO", "DATE", "BALANCE DUE" cannot be changed. Is it possible to change these? Also, is there / going to be a Vietnamese version? Thanks
