The invoice dies not include my signature but i can see my signature is there when i check
Hi!My daughter business operates with non-inventory items as best I would catalog her as being a fashion broker. In order to buy something a customer normally pays for 50% of the deal item that may be unique and short lived. Sometimes the item cannot be fulfilled and thus the original payment made by the customer needs to be reimbursed (Refund Receipt) or via a Credit Note when the customer has other open invoices.The difficulty arises when a credit note is created and applied to an open invoice from the same customer. The process is pretty straight forward and simple. But the invoice that had the deposit stays open as "owed" and appears on A/R reports.In a nutshell, the intention is to move the deposit on the original invoice to another open invoice.How are you registering this?Regards,C.
I know the customization options for invoice is limited. Is there a way to use add ons, plugins to customize it more? I need the spacing to be fixed, I need the pre-vat amount to be printed in subtotal section, ... All of which aren't avail options.

Sales team makes a sale to Customer X Entry DR Customer X CR SalesI believe these would be the right entries, however when punched into quickbooks, these all fail to validate (the trasactions remain open) i.e a new invoice isn't captured for Customer XIs there a way out?

I know this should be submitted as a bug to Quickbooks, but I cannot do that because I am using Quickbooks Global from the timezone completely opposite of Canadian time. I cannot find any email address/online form to submit problems to Quickbooks.
Some are receiving and some are not receiving emails? we have checked all the email addresses are correct
I used inventroy material to do some work for the supplier. he charged me for advisory services for work done for me.
