Bonjour,Nos factures sont établies par notre site web vente en gros, nous souhaitons imputer directement la vente dans le journal des ventes et télécharger la facture de notre site web comme pièces jointe à l'écriture, qui est la pièce comptable officiel que reçoit notre client. Donc pour être claire, comme beaucoup de logiciel de comptabilité nous souhaiterions imputer nos ventes sans passer par le système de facturation de quickbooks. Cela est-il possible ? Merci

Hi, I canceled my subscription but still got charged. One of the Customer service agent said that refund will be initiated but the chat got disconnected.I tried to connect with support team on chat but they keep me hold. Kindly help.

Hello, please help to resolve the following issue - when clicking on the gear icon and clicking payroll settings there is NO option for Work Locations. Please help to set up and assign a new work location for Employees. There is no such menu in Payroll Setting to change Work Location. Thank you in advance.
on 30/5/2022 we were denied access to the accounts. we immediately contacted customer care but throughout the month of June the issue was not resolved. we wrote to request suspension of payment of subscription until the issue is resolved and the system tested. We do not know what happened to the qbo system but that we have spent a lot of money and time learning the system, we do not wish to cancel but we feel we ought to be compensated somehow for the loss.
we are using quickbooks from last 5 years so there is enormous amount of data which is impossible to migrate out. so will quickbooks be available to access old data after 30/4/2022
Does accountant login with the same password as owner?
We work with QBO International version and the Estimate and Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer is not available in the standard reports as it is on the USA version. Is there any way of obtaining this information from QBO International? Can this report be run by Class?

When I login to my Quickbooks account as over riding page concerned with Billing overlaps the application asking for renewal of subscription. However the Subcription button is not active. Please advise how to Pay my subscription and re activate my account. I was abroad on a visit to the US and not aware of this problem .Please advise. Thanks Prashant Rao
Our company purchased livestock (for breeding) and so I need to capture it as a fixed asset. I have made a new account in chart of accounts (fixed asset). My question is this: If the payment reflects on the bank transactions, what is the best way of matching that payment to the fixed asset. When setting up the new account do I give it a value or do I do a journal entry/ transfer linked to the bank transaction? I assume the value will not depreciate.
