The late fees were not available to me. They did a trial version of it and I saw it in the settings as an option. Now they removed it and I see some of my invoices with a late fee charged on them.

I searched everywhere and found out that there is no way to delete a payment method (credit card) I previously used to pay for my QBO subscription. There is an option to update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. You can also add a new payment method but you cannot delete a card you are no longer using. Why isn't there an option to delete any of the other cards I previously added? I don't want those cards stored in QuickBooks Online. Can someone tell me how to remove / delete those payment methods? I even contacted a specialist. They told me they were going to transfer me to the Payments Team but then they disconnected and left the chat. Hi QuickBooks Time Community, Timesheet exports to QuickBooks fail after approval with 2 errors: 1. NOTICE (service items created in QBT, not synced from QB - hours export without items) 2. Error 2500 ("Something deleted on QB side... Invalid Reference Id"). Tried: re-sync, recreated QB items, cleared queue. No fix. Should I: A) Create service items first in QuickBooks, then sync to QBT? B) Use generic service items as workaround? C) Contact QB support to restore deleted item references? Which is correct workflow? Thanks!
